# Circuits and Diagrams

> Procedure for requesting service manuals, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation for repair.

In this section, you can request the **Service Manual**, which includes:

* Circuit diagrams
* Component layout
* Technical information for diagnosis and repair

Since some equipment has different hardware versions, it is necessary to correctly identify the unit before sending the corresponding documentation.

## Procedure for requesting technical documentation

    Send an email to `info@solidyne.ar` attaching:

    * A photograph of the equipment
    * Equipment model
    * Serial number
    * Name of the station or company
    * Address and country
    * Clear description of the detected issue

    The more precise the technical description, the more efficient the assistance process will be.

  <Step title="Receipt of the manual">
    Within **2 business days** after receiving the complete information, the **Service Manual in PDF format** corresponding to your equipment will be sent via email.
