Procedure for requesting service manuals, circuit diagrams and technical documentation for repair.

In this section you can request the Service Manual, which includes:

• Circuit diagrams
• Component layout
• Technical information for diagnosis and repair

Since some equipment has different hardware versions, it is necessary to correctly identify the unit before sending the corresponding documentation.

Procedure for requesting technical documentation

1. Send information by email

   Send an email to [e-mail] attaching:

   • Equipment photograph
   • Equipment model
   • Serial number
   • Station or company name
   • Address and country
   • Clear description of the detected problem

   The more precise the technical description, the more efficient the assistance process will be.

2. Manual reception

   Within 2 business days after receiving the complete information, the Service Manual in PDF format corresponding to your equipment will be sent by email.

Information confidentiality

Receipt of the Service Manual implies acceptance to maintain confidentiality of the supplied technical information.

The documentation must be shared exclusively with the technician responsible for repairing the equipment and must not be distributed publicly.
