Procedure for requesting service manuals, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation for repair.

In this section, you can request the Service Manual, which includes:

• Circuit diagrams
• Component layout
• Technical information for diagnosis and repair

Since some equipment has different hardware versions, it is necessary to correctly identify the unit before sending the corresponding documentation.

Procedure for requesting technical documentation

1. Send the information via email

   Send an email to [e-mail] attaching:

   • A photograph of the equipment
   • Equipment model
   • Serial number
   • Name of the station or company
   • Address and country
   • Clear description of the detected issue

   The more precise the technical description, the more efficient the assistance process will be.

2. Receipt of the manual

   Within 2 business days after receiving the complete information, the Service Manual in PDF format corresponding to your equipment will be sent via email.

Confidentiality of information

Receiving the Service Manual implies acceptance of maintaining the confidentiality of the technical information provided.

The documentation should be shared exclusively with the technician responsible for repairing the equipment and must not be publicly distributed.
