Power Supply
The unit features an internal switching power supply, 110/240V 50/60Hz. The rear panel houses the power switch, the main fuse (1A), and the Interlock-type power cable connector (supplied with the console).
Grounding
UX24 connects to ground through the power cable. Do not use adapters or cables that bypass the ground pin. It is also recommended to connect the chassis ground terminal to the facility’s ground using 4 mm cable or larger. The general electrical installation must have proper grounding. For reference, you can check the FM grounding diagram.WARNING!Ensure that the computer connected to UX24 via USB has proper grounding.
Inputs, outputs and ports
The rear panel concentrates all console connections. RJ45 connectors are used for all audio connections, except for the headphone and control room monitor outputs. You will also find Ethernet ports, USB port, Tally Light connections and GPIO control.See Inputs and Outputs Infographic (PDF).

- Use RJ45 connectors. Connected using a SOL-M25/1XLRF cable (RJ45 male to XLR female, 2.5 meters). Shorter lengths can also be purchased for XLR connections near the console.
The RJ45 female MICROPHONE inputs use the LEFT channel of the balanced connection. - 16 UNIDEX mono inputs groupable in stereo pairs.
